By downloading, installing, or using the AAIA Prep application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

AAIA Prep is a study aid designed to help users prepare for the ISACA Certified in Advanced AI Audit (AAIA) certification exam. The App provides practice questions, mock exams, framework references, and study tools for educational purposes only.

This App provides study materials only. It does not guarantee exam results, certification, or any particular outcome. Exam performance depends on many factors beyond the scope of this application, including but not limited to your prior knowledge, study habits, and exam-day conditions.

All questions, explanations, and study materials in this App are original content. They are not sourced from, endorsed by, or affiliated with ISACA or any actual certification exam. Questions are aligned to the publicly available AAIA Exam Content Outline.

AAIA, CISA, CRISC, and CISM are registered trademarks of ISACA. This App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ISACA. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

The App's original content (questions, explanations, framework summaries) is owned by the App developer. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.

You may create an account using an email address, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Guest access is available with limited functionality.

• Some features require a paid subscription (Premium).
• Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on iOS, or Google Play → Subscriptions on Android).
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code or question database
• Share, redistribute, or publicly post questions or answers from the App
• Use the App to gain unauthorized access to any system or network
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent free-tier limits
• Use automated tools to scrape content from the App

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete My Account. This permanently removes all your data from our servers. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of your use of the App.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
